  • Positioned at 12 Mirrabooka road, Mallacoota. This 36 square brick home is perfectly situated close to all you need. It is a 900m drive from the boat ramp and shopping centre and is only 80 metres to the lakes edge, walking tracks and bike tracks

  • There is a large modern kitchen with all of the latest appliances including a microwave oven , electric oven, cooktop, 2 drawer dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer and a 6 seat breakfast table.  Next to the kitchen is a dining room with 8 seat modern dining table and chairs
  • The Loungeroom has a 55” lcd smart tv ( connected to the internet), Blu ray player, Bluetooth hifi system with cd player and a telescope for viewing the  land/lakes and the stars at night, all situated around the modern lounge suite, wood fire heater and split system
  • It  is equipped with wifi and will be set up for pay tv (simply bring your own foxtel set box and plug it in)
  • The house has 2 covered balconies with unobstructed  views of the bottom lake,  boat ramp and everything between, including views out to Gabo island and the Tasman sea .  The lower balcony has a 3 seat outdoor swing while the upper deck has a 10 seat table and chairs, a 6 burner bbq  and 2 bird feeders which attracts the local parrots.
  • For those with young children , the staircase has a pair of steel gates with a child safety latch, the gates can be folded back out of the way when not required. All access doors to the decks have lockable child safety latches.
  • The Garage is set up as the ultimate games room for the kids or the big kids at heart, it contains a poker table, table tennis table, billiard table  and still has plenty of room to park your  car/boat. There are fishing rod racks on the walls and plenty of space to store your gear.

  • The property has ample parking with a 4 car drive in drive out  driveway, another 4 car driveway beside the house, a single carport, parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and access to approximately  1 acre of crown land next to the house with enough room to park dozens of cars and boats

  • We will soon be installing a new foxtel satellite which will enable you to simply bring your own foxtel box from home and plug it in and get the same channels you get at home. (Dont forget your remote and smart card)
