The Rooms

• Main bedroom

  The main bedroom has a Queen size bed with pillow top mattress, 2 side tables with lamps and an alarm clock. There is also a ceiling fan and a large wardrobe

• ensuite

  The ensuite is fully tiled and has an oversize shower, a dual flush toliet, several towels rails, a large vanity with sink and full width wall mirror. There is a large skylight with ceiling fan and plenty of lighting.

• bedroom 2

  Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with pillow top mattress and bedside tables each with its own bedside lamp. There is also a double door wardrobe and an alarm clock.

• Bunk bedroom

  This room has 2 sets of bunk beds, all with pillow top mattresses and safety rails on the top bunks. There is a side table with lamp and there is a variety of board games in the large wardrobe.

• Loungeroom

  The lounge has plenty of seating with 2 x 2 seater couches and a 3 seater couch. The is a modern tv cabinet which is home to a 55" LED smart tv connected to the homes wifi and a blu ray player. There are 2 coffee tables and also a large floor lamp. The room has a large wood fire heater and a split system heater/air conditioner. The large bay windows facing east give you amazing views of the mallacoota lakes system.

• Kitchen

  The large modern kitchen has all the modern conveniences including a 520l upside down fridge freezer, electric oven/cooktop, microwave and a 2 drawer dishwasher. There is a 6 seat modern timber breakfast table and large windows looking out over the water and a sliding door to access the rear deck

• Dining room

  The dining room has a solid timber 8 seat dining table with modern seude chairs, it boasts large windows and a sliding door to access the rear deck.

• bathroom

  The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower, seperate bath, toliet, towels rails, vanity with sink and wall mirror with light. There is a large skylight with ceiling fan and plenty of lighting.

• THe deck

  The huge deck has a 10 seat outdoor setting and a 6 burner bbq with rotisserie and wok burner. There are 2 bird feeders on the deck rails which the local parrots visit daily, the railing is inserted with safety glass so your view is never obstructed.

• garage/games room/laundry

  The garage is home to an 8ft pool table, poker table and table tennis table. There are several fishing rod racks on the walls and lots of storage shelves. If you prefer to park your car or boat in the garage then simply fold up the poker table, ping pong table and drive in.

  There is a laundry off the garage with a 8kg washing machine, 2 sinks, lots of bench space and a shower. The clothesline is to the rear of the property

• self contained unit

  The seperate unit has its own fully covered carport, bedroom with queen size bed and pillow top mattress, side table, lamps, alarm clock and a 3 door wardrobe. There is a lounge with 32"lcd tv with built in dvd player and a 2 + 3 seater sofa. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. There is a large kitchen with its own electric oven, full cutlery/ crockery set and a 2 seat dining table. Through the kitchen is a deck with a 3 seat garden swing and views looking out over the lakes.

• The property

  The property has a beautifully maintained garden and plenty of parking, the main driveway has enough room for four cars and you can drive in from one side and drive out the other even when towing a large boat. There is a driveway to the side of the property which can hold another four vehicles. There is approximately an acre of crown land next to the property which can be used for extra parking or letting the kids run around ( can be seen from the kitchen, main bedroom and the deck). There is a walking track to the back of the house which leads down to the bottom lake and its walking/bike tracks.
